ok so i found an emulators but everytime i open the emulator it has two folders,MVSPSP and ROMCNV. then there are readme files with writing like this: ???g?Í2.2.4?Ì and

Um, OMFG! You should find an Eng version. OR, you can always just try installing it. The main two folders should go in PSP/GAME and all the other folders should go whee they say on the directions. Root directory = the first screen you see when you plug your psp into your computer. But the rest... WOW! Idk. Just try installing it the best you can. If it doesn't work, try another emu. I'm sure there are other NeoGeo emus.
