Can I align my screen?

Am I able to align my screen on my xbox 360?

I play it on a small tv in my room, and the display is set up as PAL 60. However when I play some games the left hand side of the screen is slightly off the side. Basically, the whole screen needs to move slightly to the right, but I don't know how to do this.

Any help would be much appreciated?
