what is the biggest ps2 toc disk to date?

I've seen this thread . It is a toc database for ps2 games, dvd 5 and dvd 9. i see the largest game up there is Xenosaga at 8.05 GB. Well i have a couple of questions:

1. Is there a bigger toc disk than Xenosaga?

2. If not, then is it the first Xenosaga that has that 8.05 toc size or another version?

3. I see something in that other thread about dvd 9 games not refreshing toc sizes. Are they saying that I can't use a dvd 9 game to refresh the toc size of dvd 5 and dvd 9? please elaborate.

cmon. are my questions that hard to answer? well since im posting here, i gotta know, what ps2 CD (not dvd) game has the biggest toc size? i ask because it looks like whatever it is will be cheaper than breaker pro.
