how to make a cso/iso game ripped, can i make them unripped?

to rip a cso/iso you use a ripkit on it which deletes unneeded files from the iso to make it smaller. as far as i know you cannot 'unrip' an iso you can only reuse the original unripped iso

the ripkits are different for every iso search google for them.
you can use a universal program called UMDGen (google) to delete some files manually but make sure u follow a tutorial because ur iso will not work if u delete the wrong files.
