I just recently got intrested in playing kingdom hearts and im also intrested in playing the imported kh final mix, but in order to do that i will need to mod my ps2, from doing research it seems that magic swap would be the safest and most efficient way to do it, so i was wondering if anybody would know the right version to get for my Ps2 which is version SCPH 70012.

Swapmagic v3.6 will work with all versions of ps2. As will Swapmagic v3.8 coder version.
The only difference is price (about $20 most places) and the features. V3.6 offers just the basics, launching of backups and ELF's, and playing import games (though the screen will almost always be off center). V3.8 offers what v3.6 offers plus the ability to use cheats on backup games, through AR v2/v1.
