i cant seem to get on xbox live.it asys signed in to start with but when i go in to a game it freezes.is it down or am i banned cos my xbox is flashed?

ya same with me in cod4, and check if ur banned but i dnt think u are cause im not. somebody told me this probablem wil get fixed. so im just waiting, its been about 3 days since ive play cod4 online.
