anyone else having probs rippin/burning new 360 games?

I picked up a 50 pack of memorex DL's and can seem to get one new game to burn properly...

COD4, Beowulf, Time Shift or Lego Saga. All wil not boot up. I get reading then open tray. Once i got a music mixed data messge - or something like that.

I am thinking i got a bad batch of dvd's, or my rippin drive is having issues, or Xbox creator cant rip the new games.

leaning towards MEMOREX being bad - any thoughts?

I use: xbox creator, cd clone (tried image creator-no luck).

Yes mate its your discs.
Use Riteks or Verbatims and you wont have any problems.

1 USE VERBATEMS....why did you pick up memorex, did u tell your GF to grab them @ walmart?

all my new games are ripped and burned including COD4 GHIII and assisans creed....its gotta be the media....also make sure your stalth patching your games to the ixtreme compatablity....i use xdvdm for crc checking and auto fix the DMI PFI and SS.bin

Did it say burned succesfully?
If so try them on your mates 360 see if they work on his.
I know in the past i had some media that my drive didnt like but would work fine on my friends.( our drives were both flashed with the same firmware.

i picked them up a Best buy for $100 - $2 each is a decent deal.

So the newer games are getting more high tech? - i have never had to do anything except rip and burn. They all ripped and burned without error.

I see a new version of XBC is out 2.6. I am using 2.5.

I will pickup a different brand and give it go.

just for fun (or because i want another coaster) i ripped COD2 as that is one of the originals i have and burned - wont work.
