Can anyone help please i have recently bought a triple pack of dvd's, disc one would not play but 2 and 3 would so i returned back to hmv for exchange. upon trying the new discs exactly the same happened disc 1 not playing but 2 and 3 did. I cannot understand as my dvd player is not a cheap one. this is frustrating. hmv are good they say i can return again no problem and either have refund or swap again. i do not fancy swapping for more of the same in case this happens again. does anyone have any idea's
