My windows xp (dell computer) all of a suddent will not accept a cd or dvd in either drive d or e. When I right click on the drives under "My computer" and click on properties, it shows the drive is full. I have scanned and scanned with several antivirus programs and can't find a virus. Any suggestions? Thanks

uninstall the drives and IDE controllers in device manager reboot and let windows reinstall them and see if you have the same problem
