What firmware are you running it from? Below 3.52 M33-3 Will give you a error I imagine.

right now I just got my psp downgraded to 1.50. What do I need to do to get the 3.71m33-3?

Upgrade to 3.52M33-4 then 3.71M33-3. Sicdude has a guide... Click here.

EDIT: Oh, forgot to say, I think that 3.71M33-3 is the best. As for PSP Slim owners, 3.72HX-2 is the best.

I tryed his guyd but when I get to the part where you enter the m33 maker on the psp it says that the file 3.52.PBP could not be opened. whats wrong?

Erm... you named the 3.52 EBOOT something other than 352.PBP?

its 352.PBP..n if still doesnt work,maybe the file is corupted,try getting another eboot....

Actually it turnes out I named it 3.52.PBP before. now I named it 352.PBP and when I enterd the 3.52m33 firmwar creator on my psp it says the PBP signiture dont match.

Oh yeah, as outdated and half feature-less as it is. I don't know why, but the firmware throughout my history I have enjoyed being on the most is 3.40 OE-A, So I give my props to that.

Yep. BTW, they take some time to download because they are GIANT files.
