Using DVD Shrink, I adjust the size of the target file to be 750MB.
In the 'Full Disc' pane I choose 'Custom Ration'.
But DVD Shrink copy my movie to 1.8GB! Why is that? I choose 750MB!!!

The reason probably is because that is as small as Shrink can transcode it.
What is the name of the movie?
What is the original size of the Files that you are transcoding?
