I want to know what cool stuff you can do with my new slim psp without changing the firmware. I would like to play game backups but it seems to hard to mess with and theres to much possibiltys of bricking it so what all can you do with a psp striaght out of the box?

You must flash your firmware. If you have official $ony firmware, then obviously, it won't work. If you wish to keep playing UMD games, then I guess this post will answer your question.

If you wish to get custom firmware on your PSP, then let's get going :)
