Hitachi 47 flashing. I am 20+ hours with nothing

I need some help please . I have the hitachi 47 drive . I get the drive into B mode I see it in windows everthing is right . I use flash file and I get these erros .

is flashing stable
Device I/O control <> failed 21
Failed to confirm upload
Error hitachi DVD drive is not flashing
could not open custom.bin

This is the 3rd computer I have tried this on .
I would appericate any help someone can give me .
