I recently purchased a Crystal Chip 2.0 I understand the wire confiuration but I am not certain at all of where the chip is to be mounted on the mother board.I have checked the CC website but all I see is wiring configs.and not chip placement.

BEFORE INSTALLING ok first find a small open spot that u can place the chip with out it touching other points. Then try to put together the ps2
and if you have troubles closing it try another spot
