Hi, i recently started copying my ps2 games but im having a problem.
Whenever i burn the game and boot it up, it takes ages to load. This is my method of copying and burning:

1. rip iso with DVD decrypter
2. extract garbage files with isobuster
3. CD/DVD gen to create an iml
4. iml2iso converter to convert the iml to an iso
5. burn iso with dvd decryper at a speed of 1x

I use phillips DVD+R media and i use the swap magic trick on a slimline ps2. I dont quite now why the loading times are so horrendous, can anyone help?

try:

1. ripping with dvd decrypter
2. writing with dvd decrypter on dvd-r

i use swap magic too and this method never failed me.

use verbatim media. one of the top three media to use, period. it'll put less stress on the ps2 laser.

also, you don't need to do anything after using dvd decrypter. it'll automatically rip the ps2 game into an iso. just burn it with nero, imgburn, or whatever you use to burn isos
