That doesn't make sense to me... Can you type properly? I'll try to translate that, tell me if it's what you mean:
"Erm... I have a problem with my PSP, I cannot turn it off or play it. After I quit from a game, the screen turned black and it can't load the XMB, can anyone solve this please."
If it's that, then try to push your brightness button. What firmware version do you have?
P.S. Remember to type properly for your next post.

So... You can't exit the black screen?
Try hardbooting your PSP.
Hold your switch up for around 10 seconds then open it up again.

@duanana
Watch the back to back posts - edit your previous post instead.
Proper english is good too instead of Quote: but it didn , the screen is juz black
- less confusion on what you are trying to say.

Recovery menu? So, now you can use your PSP normally?
There shouldn't be a Recovery menu for 3.71.
What's your PSP's firmware version? 3.71 or 3.71M33?

By recovery menu i think he means the good old BSOD :)

Oh nevermind, guess you used the real Recovery Menu, BSOD = Blue Screen Of Death.

Oh, 3.71M33...
BSOD is a blue screen when your flash1 corrupts. BSOD is short for Blue Screen Of Death.
BSOD usually shows up when you downgrade your firmware. Just press O to fix it - Sometimes when pressing O on the BSOD, it might not work and it can cause a brick.

Is it this crazy blue screen with different languages?
Were you messing with flash0?
BSOD can be caused with messing the flash0(font folder or other folders) flash1 corruption(O or nand recovering will solve the problem) and downgrading.
