i was tryin to make the xbmc as my dashboard but think i messed up the target path so everytime i turn on my xbox it goes to the service screent it will go straight to the game if there is a game in it like gta sa or doom 3 but i need to get the default.xbe dash file so i can put it back to normally and try again but dont kno how to ftp when its in this state

You can't FTP, unless you run the softmod...

Otherwise you will need to hotswap!
