Is pandora downlodable off the internet?

I went on qj.net and I found this file called Pandora v0.9 Extended (English). What is it? Is there a download on the internet that has the same effect as the pandora battery would?

You must have the original Magic memory stick's files on your memory stick and your battery must be in service mode(Pandora). Then you can install the bootmenu. This allows you to upgrade to custom firmware straight from any firmware(Slim will only be enabled to 3.60M33, 3.71M33-3 and 3.72HX-2). It's like an upgraded version of the original Pandora. Are you going to cerate a Pandora's Battery? If yes, then I have the perfect guide created by dEEz_nUtz to unlock the full power of Pandora.
