Hello i am new to this program and i have read all the step by step guides. But still can't seem to get this thing to start. I get the erorr Can't install as service when my install is done it also says please rebot? I have reboted and reinstalled and still get the same erorr?

And when i try to start sharing it says "cant open the media server service, try reinstalling the app" This reinstalling isnot helping the problem.

Anyone know what i can do to fix this problem so i can use it?

Do you have administrator rights to your computer? There are many solutions to different problems right on the tversity website.
