Can't connect to my xbox using flashfxp!!!

I only have 1 e-card and When i try to connect to my xbox I use it for that purpose... I do everything right i put in the user name the ip and all when i press connect i get a wierd message:

Connecting to 192.168.0.3
Connection failed (No route to Host)

PLEASE HELP!

Make sure your using a Crossover Ethernet Cable and have both the Xbox and PC set to Static IP's.
