im having problems with splinter cell essential could sb help?

when i put splinter cell on my psp for the first time it works with no problem but the second time i go in the game it gets stuck on the loading of the second level and there's another problem the game lags a lot isnt there any way to make it faster ?

to make it go faster go into the recovery menu then choose CPU Speed and change the UMD/ISO setting to 333. not sure about freezing problem but this might fix that too.
