Well first of all you download the 3.71 Eboot.PBP and the 3.71 M33 pack. Rename the 3.71 eboot to 371.PBP and paste in the UPDATE Folder given with the 3.71 M33 Pack. Then Put the update folder in PSP/GAME. Now go to your XMB and run the 3.71 M33 Update. I'll help you upgrade to Version 3 Once you're done this.
