PSone games from PSP to PS3???

You know the psone games you buy from the playstation store can be copied to your psp aswell, is there a way to get psone games from your psp to the ps3?
As long as it had a KEYS file in with it would it work? or is there a program that could randomly generate keys files for your psone image file?

Then maybe I could convert my NTSC chrono trigger or cross to PAL, then copy the image to my psp then to my UK PS3.....maybe?

maybe you could copy it from the memory stick, like the whole folder or something? It would be good if you could add some exploit to the image file to make the ps3 think you got it from the store. Where really you just burned the image from your disc and put it on your psp. All that would be good but I bet there isn't a way. : (
