PCI VT6421 Help

I just received the VT6421 card that I ordered from newegg which I installed and it says its working properly, but when I connect my xbox drive I get a code 10 error. When I troubleshoot it says to uninstall and re-install which I have done a couple of times. Ive tried searching for the problem but I cant find any info, I am running windows xp any help would be really appreciated Thanks in advance
