PSX ISOs to PSP(Tomba2 help)

Hi, I've converted tons of PSX ISOs to PSP already, but when I downloaded Tomba 2 from a site, and I also have a torrent, one was an EBOOT with a KEYS(both BIN files) and the other had a CD file with the TOMBA2.IMG file and another file called BIN but within the BIN file, there was about 28 BIN files, I have a link to a screenshot of what I am talking about(it is sendspace...) but I really need help with it because when I use the one from torrent, I have a white screen for the icon where it should say "Tomba 2: The evil swine returns" and when I use the other when I "extracted" the iso, I only get 19.3MB of it when it should be around 400MB.

Have patience Kuhn - let's no bump or double post.
I'd also recommend hosting a screen shot at an image hosting site instead of having a download to it.
