Problem with InterVideo WinDVR 3

Hello, im new, an i have an emergency problem, sorry for my english.

So, I have a problem with the InterVideo WinDVR 3 program. When i am recording something the screen of the program turns to green but the video is recording well. If i click, or double click on the screen, i instantly watch the recording program. If i disable the overlay option from the display tab the window is not turning to green but it stops in the same frame until i click on the window and change to another frame still staying the same during the rec.
I have the last drivers on my VGA card, i don't know what else to do, please help its an emergency.
