Read the readme! If it says you need Lumines, you NEED Lumines! It's $20-$40 on eBay!

All you need to do if find a friend whose PSP is already a custom Firmware or 1.50 (Official). Have him create you a Pandora Battery and memory stick. Anyone can downgrade any PSP of any Firmware ... the catch: you need a PSP that's already custom/downgraded to do it.
