error code with iso game

hi folks

me again i now have a new problem. i have installed a game in the iso file and when it loads it stalls and says "the game could not be started" and this code comes up (80020148), has anyone had this problem and if so can anyone help me to sort this problem out.

cheers for that but it has failed to work the game i'm trying to play is not out in the uk yet is it because i'm using firmware 3.10 and the game might need a better version can anyone help

Errr... are you on 3.10 OE-A or plain old 3.10?

Anyway, if you are on CFW, then yes, you need to upgrade, probably to 3.71 M33-3.

does anyone know of a step by step instructions guide to upgrade to 3.71m33-3 and anywhere i can get the firmware from that i need and is there anychance that if i do the upgrade of me bricking my psp
