Sorry if this is in the wrong section, this was the closest that I thought relevant to my problem.
Ok, I?ve downloaded FFIII and it is in .img .ccd .cue and .sub. I have tried everything, virtually mounting (several different programs, all the main stream and some non-commonly known.) , burning with CloneCD, and virtually all other Iso/Img burners/converters, everything suggested on other forum sites.
When i open the CD, whether burnt or mounted, it just opens it as it would a folder, it has the following files: Disk1.PAK, Disk1, Field.FI, Field.FS, and Field.FL.
I really do not understand why it is doing this, the installation CD was in the same format, I simply converted the .img file to .iso and virtually mounted it. I have tried the other CDs as well (FFIII has 5 CDs including the install disk) and got the same result.
Please help, i spent a week downloading this game, and about three days tinkering and reading forum threads. I would really appreciate it if someone would take the time and help me solve this problem. Any advice is welcomed, any at all.
