New to burning DVDs, have RecordNow v6

I downloaded DVDShrink, followed the instructions and successfully completed that.

Ive tried to burn the file to a DVD using RecordNow V6, it told me it burned successfully, but when I checked it all it did was open a data file with the list of VIDOE_TS file, and VTS_01_0.VOB and BUP Files..

Can someone please explain what I have done wrong..........
