HELP!! My PSP won't turn on!!

The firmware version of my psp is 3.71 M33-4.I tried to set up a new theme for my psp via flash0 method but somehow I messed up and didn't keep any back-ups.The PSP only booted up to the sony entertainment part and immediately went to play the UMD.So I came tot his forum to look for solutions.I saw a person posting a solution via recovery method which involves downloading the recovery folder and pasting it in the PSP/GAME folder.Then, I booted the PSP up to recovery mode and selected the PSP/GAME/RECOVERY option.The process was running smoothly until the part where it says "press X to restart the PSP".The downgrading was finished so I tried pressing X but nothing happened.I checked if the psp froze by pressing the light intensity switch.It could alternate between light intensities.After that, I just turned it off.Now, I can't even turn it on anymore.Is there any hope of repairing this?

first thing first, i haven't heard of M33-4 (emphasizing the word FOUR)...it must be a fake release...

try using pandora and install 3.71 M33-2...then install M33-3...then install 1.50 addon-2 if you have the fat psp
