Why can't I load Pinnacle Smartsound files .........................

The full Smartsound programs such as Music Maestro have a folder consisting of Library Enablers, these are two files that Pinnacle will recognize and load the sound files associated with it.
Is anyone aware of this and know a way I can load them??
