WTF?
OK, is there anyway of you giving us a photo of what you mean?
Not possible for Sony allowing you to downgrade.

Hm... Is Untold Legends an old game? Old as in, it was released when the PSP was released?

Yes, you can play old games with older firmware. As for all the new games, they require 3.XX.

Saying that means we'll need to link to guides, answer all questions and make sure he's in the right track :P

Ah... Well... I'm used to it :)

OK, so you'll need to downgrade using the Pandora's Battery.

Well...
Download this.
http://dl.qj.net/TOTALNewbi-easyInstalle...14749/catid/193
The TotalNewbi Installer.
It will create a magic memory stick for you without a CFW(custom firmware) enabled PSP.
Now, this is the hard part(?)
Open up your battery.
Keep the battery the same way as you would read the text on it.
Now, cut the 5th pin.
Close your battery then insert the battery(if hardmod is successful, then it's now a Pandora's Battery or a JigKick) into your PSP. But before inserting the battery, just push the magic memory stick in.
When placing the battery in, it should turn on automatically. If not, then turn on manually.
Now, just downgraded your PSP to 1.50 then you can just upgrade it to CFW from that step.
I'm new to this guide so I might've typed it wrong. But let's just hope it's fine...
