Can you get a CGB, and GBA in one emulator?

I have seen a S**T load of emulators but none seem to be both classic and advance gameboy. What is the best one for both. Maybe even there a even better emulator where you can play snes too, or something. If not, what is the best single emulator for CGB and GBA.

I though gpsp is for GBA games only... That is what I read about it when I googled it.
