i was just wondering if theres anyone here that has both systems and would tell me which one they like better im interested in getting a ps3 i used to have a 360 but after it broke multiple time and i got sick of microsoft having to send me a new one every week lol i sold the newest one they sent me for 140 with two games and a 256mb memory card which i got ripped off terribly but i didnt care i just wanted the 360 outta my house for good so ya ummmmmm my mom is giving me the choice of a ps3 probably the 40 gig model or a 360 20 gig model or a wii so i was just wondering if anyone here has both and would tell me which one they like better by however im just worried about reliability i really dont care about the 1080i and all that crap because i dont have a hd tv anyways so the little difference in graphics doesnt bother me at all i hear that the ps3 games are much longer than 360 games because of the capasity of the blue-ray is this true ????? also and im a huge final fantasy fan always have been always will be another reason i want a ps3
and one more thing can you guys recomend a game for whichever system you like i know your all gonna probably say just google search or look for a youtube video but most of them are biased and i just want a honest oppinion

The PS3 doesn't have that much games out, like the 360, but it's still a good system. Not sure on the Final Fantasy, I'm not really into that stuff. And rumble has been implemented at Japan, just gotta wait a bit more for the US. And I read that Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is pretty good. Resistance and Warhawk have pretty good online as far as I know.

I hope this helped at least a little bit.

i see ur going towards the ps3 a bit
it is reliable and it is get final fantasy 13
the new control will have rumble the games aren't very long yet
anyway i have both systems in not a fanboy but i do like
the ps3 better

for all its worth, Sony have officially announced that ps3's approximate hardware failure rate is 0.2 percent while that of xbox360 still remains at 30 percent. This has been verified by major game console retailers such as Gamestop and Best Buy, just to name a few. Gamestop have recently become so fed up with so many 360 owners coming back to the store with bricked and RROD-ed 360s that they have finally stopped giving extended warranty.

If anyone still question's ps3's reliablity after reading this, I don't know what to add to it.

thats true and i just wanna say screw microsofts multi billion dollar industry they have all that money and wont even fix they problems with their shi**y consoles im glad mines gone for good my first xbox 360 had a broken disk drive the second the 3 red light thingy and the third lol i sold it before it could break maybe its just me lol i dont have good luck with electronics all name my broken electronics list here we go i went through 3 ps2s all dres but i fixed them 2 origional xboxes first one the power supply popped and like fried the whole console the second xbox that broke i think coulda been my fault but i dont think so i put in a duo x2 mod chip that i bought off my friend he tells me he bought it off some third party web site anyways i did a lpc rebuild since it was i forget what version but the lpc board had solder in the holes so i couldnt put the pin header in technically i could have but i didnt have any desolder braid well anyway the mod chip worked 5-6 times no problem then it just broke and the little blinking light on the modchip just stayed red and i got the christmas lights on the front of my xbox i took out the modchip and it worked normally again then like 2 days later it just went kaput so ya o i still got mor i went through 2 creative zen 2 gb version mp3 players both factory defect they both broke within 24 hours of use and most rescently my sandisk sansa e250 just died o and i went through 2 televison sets one my little bro spilt water in lol you can imagine what happend and the other one the screen just dont come on no more lol so theres my shi# list for ya i just wonder if i get a ps3 if itll break lols
