manhunt 2 PAL on HDD?

hey guys, i have an NTSC PS2 and was wondering if I can put the Manhunt 2 PAL game on the HDD? I have an HDD with MCExploit, no mod chips.

I want to buy Manhunt 2 PAL (if its available uncensored) just so I can play the actual game the way it was meant to be played, assuming it will work on my ps2 without a modchip.
