Can you buy a Wii Zapper alone?

For those in Japan and the US who have been graced with the presence of the Wii Zapper- can you buy it separately so that you can get another one to play co-op on things like Ghost Squad etc?

Obviously you wouldn't need another copy of the game- or are there different pakages available?
The only one i can see in the UK to preorder is with Links crossbow training.
