I currently have a D2C modded wii and was wondering if i want to play a gamecube game from another region, do i need to convert it over to my region before burning? The company who installed it told me that the console is not region-free that i will have to make all my games region free but the question that i sent to him pertained to only Wii games, not GC games.

And, i might as well ask this to save time, if i do not need to convert games over to my region, can i create a multidisc with different regional games on the same disc?
