For Mr. Moore, President of 321 Studios and all of his moderators and
followers. This is a brief note to say how disappointed I am in the
progression of the software. It seems it goes from bad to worse over a
period of a year's time. It started out as a noteworthy application and
faultered to where freeware software actually does a better job than
what he's subscribing at $100 for his problems. I think the first error
was he should not have pursued in court the issue along this line to
begin with. I spoke in recent times when you challenge the big guns you
better be prepared to stay the course and secondarily it simplifies if
it wasn't for the legal issue to have a stand alone box to be able to
copy rather than manupilate software on a computer. Mr. Moore spent more
time trying to prevent people from so called pirating that is a slap in
his face and trying to control people. The down side is people don't see
the underlying current behind the motivation. First all you people who
bought this product in good faith purchasing 300 dollar rewritable
drives and home entertainment center reading cdrs or rws only to their
disappointment of a flawed system. The real tragedy is if or when the
court system pulls the plug on 321 studio then he takes everyone down
with him because noone will have access to new key codes. That's an
element I spoke with him about. He's been riding the fence sort to
speak trying to pacify what he would assume the court would assume
innocent enough but if not he takes everyone else down with him.
Virtually it will go back to the free bees on the market that actually
do an adequate job like dvd clone and any dvd that doesn't put spyware
and has perfect picture quality. Hopefully Mr. Moore will broaden his
horizons to real wisdom and stop the circus act of rushing roulette with
his paid subscribers.
