I need help install the firmware patch. im reading the tutorial and im at this point here.

7. To install iR Shell firmware patch for fw 3.71 (Phat or Slim) or fw 3.60 (Slim only),
use iR Shell's 3.xx EBOOT and goto ms0:/IRSHELL/PATCH/3.71 (or
ms0:/IRSHELL/PATCH/3.60 for 3.60 M33 respectively). Then, launch "btcnfpatch.prx"
and it'll install the irspatch.prx to 3.71/3.60 firmware. To install iR Shell firmware patch

ok how do i use iR Shell's 3.xx EBOOT and goto ms0:/IRSHELL/PATCH/3.71 ?

im afraid of bricking,thats why i want to know exactly what to do,w/out messing around with ir shell

access the irshell in your psp n then choose memory stick i think(dont remember ut its at the top left of the screen.go into irshell/patch/3.71 n then execute the btcnfpatch.prx there.

its not on your pc,its on your psp's irshell.
