HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE THEME MAKER FOR PSP, HAVE DOWNLOADED FROM SEVERAL WEBSITES INCLUDING SONY BUT WHEN I LOAD A PICTURE IN THE PROPER FORMAT ITS LOCKING UP THAT IS..PROGRAM NOT RESPONDING. AM I MISSING SOMETHING OR IS ANYBODY ELSE HAVING SAME PROBLEMS

Absolutly make sure that you are using the correct format when you upload pictures. For some reason, Sony's theme maker is very picky about what it takes and does not. It will continue to freeze unless the proper format and size for pictures is uploaded. I would also recomend downloading a new copy of the theme maker. Maybe that will help too.
