Hi , i have a problem with my pc. When i press right click>propertries on desktop it sais this function (or something i have greek windows and its hard to translate) has been cancelled because of the limitations that exist on this computer. Contact your administrator. Also my control panel is gone and i think its the same problem. I havent put any limitations i dont even know how. I need your help removing those limitations and getting my control panel back . PLZ. I dont know if this has to so with this but a file named shell.exe( i think) is gone. PLZ i NEED HELP!!!

Are you the Administrator of your computer? Does your operating system have multiple accounts?

This means your system is infected with virus. run a virus-scan then.
