Need to replace PS2 DVD lense, what do I look for?

Im sorry if this is in the wrong section but I am looking advice on what do look for on my PS2 (not PStwo) to see which dvd lense to get as my old lense is almost burnt out.

It is already chipped, with what I dont know, but the lense is almost finished and struggling all the time to read.

Can anyone give me some advice on what to look for so I can order the correct replacment.

What version ps2 do you have?
