I have all the stuff like a server source and a no-ip, but when I register my server with moparscape it says it is offline. How do I get it online?

ok listen up.first.have a server source!very important.second. make sure when your registering, go to ur server souce and double-click on RUN SERVER OR IF IT DOSENT WORK AND SAYS PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE,GO TO THE THING THAT SAYS VOULE,IF UR SOURCE DOSENT HAVE THAT,CLICK ON COMPILE AND PRESS R OR WHAT EVER IT TELLS U.
AND THATS HOW TO REDISTER UR SERVER.


P.S IF IT SAYS THE SERVER IS OFFLINE AGAIN.TRY DELETING AND REDOWNLOADING THE SOURCE OR GET A NEW ONE.
