I know this is dual layer, is there anything different i should do?

Just burn both of it onto hdd, when i need second disc, just load it using hddloader?

isn't the second disc just special features? You should be able to install the "play" disc just like always, through your PS2, or transferring it... Make sure you're using the HDLoader with GOWII patch though

Post #3 explains more how to rip it with imgburn etc. For the hd, it will be one huge ISO of about 7.95GB, like a regular DVD9 game instead of 2 discs.
