Long time lurker, about a year now. Finally got around to join, nevermind that.

I've been having some problems with the Independence exploit.
My AR MAX won't detect CDLOADER.elf. I've been at it for 4 days now, I tried jjax's method, Ace_2's method, and other ones. The problem is it's not detecting the elf file.
I'm currently using:

-Version 4 PS2. The fat one with the shock warning in the back.
-A Sandisk 'Cruzer' flashdrive
-AR Max with the media player. The new one with the tin.
-Memorex CD-R

Most likely some of those are crap. Anything would be useful.
