What can I do with a 3.11 with no UMD ?

What can I do with a PSP with a firmware of 3.11 when the UMD drive is non-functional ?
What I want is to be able to run game ISOs and possibly game emulators.

I've seen downgraders using Lumines, but unfortunately my UMD drive is not functional. I saw a "Popsloader Plugin 3.00-3.11", but I don't think this is what I need.

Popsloader is for CFW.

You have two options:

Buy a new UMD drive

Or get a Pandora's Battery and Magic Memory Stick (Google)
