Hello new to dvd shrink after i have encoded a dvd it saves to my desktop. BUT, when i try to open a file and view it under the video ts folder amessage pops up and says "windows cannot open this file" and goes on to say that windows doesnt know what prodram created it and what program to view it under. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
