I was going to buy a Xeno Top Gear to flash my Benq drive and I asked the company that was selling it if it would flash the benq drive and they replied no. I have the Xbox 360 Elite that has the Benq drive what do I need to get the job done?

I would think that it would work now, because they can be flashed. You may want to ask Team Xecuter, because they are the ones that created the Blaster 360, and the Xeno Top Gear is basically the same thing!

do your homework on this forum,,, read read read up.. I spent WEEKS researching, getting the appropriate software and purchasing the right hardware for my pc to do this...
I was in the same boat with my premium 360 that has the new benq..
In your research, find out how to open up the box,,, its really not a big deal.. after the first time, youll be able to do it with your eyes closed... Forget getting one of those units.. its easier to just open the box up to flash it.. dont waste your money...

Plus top gear covers up an extra area of vent. You need all the ventilation that you can get. I

Or not!!! The HDD for the 360 is there, so it's obviously not taking any extra Vents!
To help you out paintedme, I would just take apart your 360 first, and flash it by connecting the Drive to the PC, and then once it works, then I would recommend looking into something like the Xeno Top Gear!

Paintedme look for yourself. There is a vented area that you would be covering up next to your hdd with the TG (at least on my premium). I'm not sure if or how much it would hurt, but it's something you should consider befor you buy.

Go to 360 Mods, and go to their Download Area, or Tutorials. In the Downloads section there is a .pdf file that you can download that shows how to Flash a Drive, with pictures and details! It will probably be called "textbook.pdf"! Also, in their Tutorials they have many videos and links on how to do those things!
Hope this helps!
