I recently downloaded hard rock casino to my ps2 hd and when I load it the screen rolls and won't stop I had same problem with a bought ARMAX took it back got different copy no problems is this just issue with my ps2?

its problems with ntsc/pal compatibility and your tv. I know in my room tv (not old but not new) it does that scrolling thing all the time with pal games but with pal settings set on my swap magic, the screen is kinda off centered but it fixes the scroll. but on my new (less then 1 year old) plasma tv screen i have had no problems with any games what so ever. im not exactly sure if its the type of tv or the age of the tv but this should kinda put u in the right direction of what to do. I know there are programs out there to convert pal to ntsc and ntsc to pal screen fixing utility out there at this site
